Unicorn

By Corina Logan

Majestic,
Elegant, flowing
Graceful, silent
Demanding.
Who can face the fears that are mirrored in her eye
Face the fear that you may not get close
Face the fear that you will surely die
But she is still aware of you
Keep your distance.
Entertain her.
Don't try to ride her
Or you will lose her.
If she wants to, she will take you to the stars.
But be careful,
She knows how to use her horn.
