Shannon Wendt lives in a quirky town in rural New Mexico that is windblown, raven-infested, and punctuated by the occasional explosion. There, she writes fiction, attends virtual college, and co-edits an online magazine, Palimpsest. She began submitting her fiction in late 1998 and has had her work accepted for publication in Fantasy, Folklore & Fairytales, Anotherealm, and, of course, Fables.
